Harry successfully integrated JPMorgan Chase’s business functionality with Bank One’s underlying core technology post-merger by integrated SBFS’s business rules, measures, and indicators with Bank One’s data warehouse within a tight 5 month timeline after merger, enabling the business to easily track, profile, and measure performance of newly combined organization. Harry exhibited excellent change management capabilities while establishing new business rules to guide SBFS clients through transition, directly engaging clients in training and continued support to ensure adoption.
